MC Livery Service – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all transportation services (“Services”) provided by MC Livery Service (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) to its clients (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”). By booking or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General Terms

1.1 Scope of Service:

MC Livery Service provides professional transportation for airport transfers, corporate travel, special events, and other pre-arranged trips.

1.2 Subcontracted / Affiliate Trips:

From time to time, MC Livery Service may assign or “farm out” trips to trusted affiliate companies or independent contractors (“Affiliates”) that meet our service and insurance standards. When a trip is farmed out, the Affiliate assumes responsibility for vehicle operation and passenger safety during the ride. MC Livery Service acts as a booking agent only in these cases.

1.3 Acceptance of Terms:

By booking any trip, whether directly with MC Livery Service or through an Affiliate, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.

2. Bookings and Payments



2.1 Reservations:

All reservations must be confirmed in advance. Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of booking.

2.2 Rates and Fees:

Rates are subject to change without notice and may vary based on distance, time, vehicle type, and demand. Additional fees (e.g., tolls, parking, waiting time, or extra stops) may apply.

2.3 Payment Terms:

Payment is due prior to or at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. MC Livery Service accepts major credit cards and approved digital payments.

2.4 Gratuity:

A standard gratuity may be added to all reservations unless otherwise specified.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1 Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time: No charge.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup: Full fare charged.

• No-shows: Full fare charged.

3.2 Refunds:

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

4. Conduct and Safety

4.1 Passenger Conduct:

Passengers must behave in a respectful and lawful manner. Smoking, drug use, and unruly behavior are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Damage and Cleaning Fees:

Customers will be charged for any damage or excessive cleaning required due to spills, stains, or other incidents caused by passengers.

4.3 Seat Belts:

All passengers are required to wear seat belts where available.

5. Affiliate / Farm-Out Trips

5.1 Affiliate Selection:

MC Livery Service only partners with properly licensed, insured, and vetted transportation companies.

5.2 Liability:

When a trip is subcontracted to an Affiliate, the Affiliate is solely responsible for the operation of the vehicle and passenger safety. MC Livery Service is not liable for delays, damages, or incidents occurring during Affiliate-provided trips beyond our control.

5.3 Service Standards:

We strive to ensure Affiliates maintain the same level of professionalism, appearance, and reliability as MC Livery Service drivers.

5.4 Insurance:

Affiliates must carry active commercial livery insurance meeting or exceeding state requirements.

5.5 Dispute Resolution (Farm-Out Trips):

Any complaints or incidents during Affiliate trips should be reported to MC Livery Service immediately. We will work with the Affiliate to resolve the issue promptly.

6. Delays and Liability

6.1 Unforeseen Circumstances:

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, mechanical failures, or other conditions beyond our control.

6.2 Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall MC Livery Service be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from the use of our Services or those provided by Affiliates.

7. Privacy and Data Use

MC Livery Service respects your privacy. Personal information collected during bookings is used solely to fulfill reservations and provide customer support. We do not sell or share personal data with unauthorized parties.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
